Grinding skills, particularly speech?

Do you grind any skills? I find it can be pretty easy, except I haven't seen any particularly obvious ways to grind the speech skill.

Buy and sell Arrows one at a time. Or daggers.

I don't grind any skills ever. Unless I am a skill or two away from a Perk I might want. I find all the skills I use grow as they need to as I play the game. If I grind any skill, I am in the danger of the game leveling up the enemies before I am ready for them. The skills are designed to grow as you go through the game. Which unfortunately makes them far too easy to Grind Up.

Now, I did grind Smithing once it was in the 60's as I wanted to see what Dragon Armor was all about. But, that won't happen again.

I don't grind anything. I prefer to just play the game.

I have heard you can build speech by selling things off one piece at a time, but I would find that pathetically tedious.

I am in agreement about grinding. I also leveled up smithing in the same fashion I was already at level 78 for smithing though. Most of the grinding seems fairly obvious and I don't want the enemies to level up before I'm ready to smite them. It just seemed like the wasn't anyway of increasing speech quickly. And as a thief it's a skill I have severely overlooked. Now that I've seen your suggestions it is now clear that the options were obvious and I was just to dense to see what needed to be done. It would have never occurred to me in a thousand years to sell arrows or daggers one at a time. Thank you.
