Headless horseman...twice? : V

As it says, I've had the headless horseman experience earlier in my current game, and low and behold I'm out near the Watchtower west of Whiterun, and I see a ghostie in the distance...so down I run, and there's the horseman again.

I thought it was a once off? Apparently not.

You are acting like one. I think you need to actually consider what is a spoiler and what isn't...I accept that you may not be happy with certain things being discussed, but you need to consider that after two months of release quite a number of topics have been in threads.

In this particular case, it is quite common knowledge that this easter egg is out there, and that it's random. However, if we took a very tight view of what is and is not a spoiler, then many of the currently active threads would be closed down or moved.

That's not the point. The point is that some people don't know about it, and therefore, it is still a spoiler. There is a forum for that. Or do you just think that everyone who got the game got it on release day, and instantly knew everything about it? I for one, only got it last week, and only just found the Headless Horseman yesterday.

I finally came across him last night. I was getting close to Markarth and ran after him all the way back to his end-point near Whiterun - quite a jog

I have only seen him one time in three playthroughs so far, my very first playthrough on release, the road to Whiterun i saw him, had no chance to catch up with him so he got away before i could have a good look at him.
i was like what the fudge is that..

I saw him for the first time the other day, on my 3rd character over 300 hours of gameplay in. Was kinda spooky at first - I'd just finished beheading a Thief that accosted me on the road, I look up from looting the body, and suddenly there was this ghostly apparition coming towards me. Thought it might be the ghost of the thief for a moment there. :blink:

200+ hours in and have never seen it. I've also only seen M'aiq once.

Way over 200 hrs...combined on 2 characters. Never seen him.
