currently level 78 enchanting and just about every weapon I pick up now already has an enchantment on it or seems to crappy to use a grand soul gem on

do you get more xp enchanting weapons or peices of jewlery worth 500 gold or more ? or is it the same amount of xp regardless of what you enchant ?

I think the maximum any trainer can take you to is 70-ish. From what I've seen in other areas, it isn't the particular spell, enchantment or item you craft that matters, it's how many different ones you make.

According to UESP the master trainer of enchanting is in Markarth in the Temple of Dibella. I think she can train you to 90.
