Hello everyone

I am at level 35 and I was wanting to level up so I can get the last heavy armor perk. So I decided to start spending my gold and went to see a trainer for the first time in my game. Well I can't get any of them to train me. I tried at least ten of them. All of the thieves guild trainers, the college trainers and the trainers in and around Whiterun. And every single trainer says "times trained this level 5/5" when I have never used a trainer at all. I hoping this will solve itself when I do level up next time. But I was wondering if anyone had ran into this before and if so how can I fix it.

I am on PC and the latest patch.
