I'm doing the quest Assist the people of the pale and have done the 1st one Salt Of The Sees but don"t know were to get the other two quests from.

I think the daedric one from the priest of Mara in the inn is one.

The smith wants you to collect a book for his wife.
The old woman alchemist wants a ring.

You may have to leave and come back another time as the dialogue doesn't always appear. The alchemist ring one didn't appear for me for some time. I just kept visiting her shop and eventually she had a dialogue line to click on.

Thanks Jeven I found the old woman at the potions shop in Dawnstar and got a quest to retrieve a ring for her and if you mine some quicksilver ore at the mine and sell it back to the mine owner that counts as the 3rd quest also
