Since I joined the companions I don't think that vilkas or his brother have given me a radiant quest

they claim that I'm supposed to be working for [Aelas]. fair enough

but now I've finished that quest (found the fragment at Valtiem towers) they don't have any work related dialogue options

how can I enable the quests
