does anyone know at what point a hireling's level is set? When I enter the tavern or when I hire them the first time? I checked on USEP but it simply says it is set when you enter their "starting cell." I have a couple I want to hire later when I am a higher level and want to make sure I don't trigger their level set too early.

I am on xbox360 so I cannot use the console.

i believe it is when you enter the cell. cell usualy meaning the point in which you see a loading screen. this isnt true on the world map but thats rarely an issue.

origin cell means the cell their attached to and its possible for them to walk away from that cell during their daily travels.
