Probably been mentioned 40578027973087 times but can't see it.

After getting the Nightingale armour you talk to in a small chamber with braziers just short of the gate. When she asks you if you are ready, saying that you are not sure you understand leads to quest completion.

If you say you are ready, she tells you what to do when she opens the gate. She then heads off IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, leaves the dungeon and buggers off leaving your colleague standing eagerly by the gate and you unable to pull the chain to open it yourself. I even tried unrelenting force to push her in the right direction, but she wasn't having it.

Luckily I had a recent save and managed to work out how to solve the problem.

I just completed that quest and I had no problems. Using the new 1.3 and everything.

I thought I did.

Say you're not sure and you get a conversation stream which ends with her going the right way. Say you are ready and she buggers off. And never comes back.

Tell us how you fixed it PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
