I just finished the "taking care of business" quest and got the next quest from Mercer, but for some reason Tonilia will not give me my guild armor and Vex won't speak to me at all about Goldenglow estate. I have the latest patch.
Any suggestions or reasons for this to be happening? Thanks in advance

The default answer is.......reload a previous save. If you aren't getting the right dialogue then it must have glitched
