I have finished the quest called Recipie for Disatster and at the end, the quest giver tells me to speak to Astrid so I can recive the finaly phase which is To kill and empire but Astrid will never give me that option, now matter what I do, even console commands such as /setstage didn't cut it.

Did you use the console commands at any point during or after recipie for disaster to warp your location, and are you sure you reported to Festus.

No I haven't used a console command during or after recipe for disaster to warp to a location and yes I have reported back to Festus and he gave me a reward, nightband I think it was called ( a ring)

The only consol command I used in this playthrough is the tmm 1 but that was at the start of the charcter, I didn't want to rediscover everthing from scratch.

Shamless bump as I still can't finish this quest line, even earlier save reloads didn't work.
