Is there way to get divorced and remarry in skyrim i have found no way to do so and wondering if anyone can help or if they can add it in. Because i fell like a game where you can mostly do anything how come do this?

No there isn't even though marriage does not add very much immersion in the game and is rather shallow it still holds to a strict theme of weigh your decisions carefully. You could murder your spouse if yyou really want out, but to my knowledge there is no option to remarry.
