Not yet, there isn't. There's a mod to play a child character, a mod to give them a pikachu t-shirt ... no kitteh mods, though.

Also, why do Bethesda make unkillable characters so antagonistic, first Little Lamplight and now Jarl Balgruufs kids.
It isn't endearing, why not make them realistic?, most children in a wartorn world wouldn't say much at all.

It was useless to add kids in the first place. They just run around spouting annoying comments.

in defense of the children its really only Balgruufs kids that are antagonistic,
i thought it was hilarious when Lars Battleborn asked me to get Braith to
stop beating him up and in response she just wanted a kiss from him...
