Working on "Striking at the heart", and killed the Silver Hand Leader in Fort Fellhammer Garrison, but the quest hasn't cleared. Is this a bug? Or is he not the target "near" Fort Fellhammer? If he is, how do I fix this? I resurrected him from the command line and killed him again, but it didn't help.

Also, One of the first quests I picked up was finding the woman some redguards were looking for in Whiterun, but I never did it, and now it seems to be a vestigal quest in my journal. Can I delete it?
