Default videosettings / grass, shadows turned off.



I cant play the game.
Its like playing on a 500 ping server.
I take 5 steps something has to load.
If there are more than 3 npc on the screen and the fraim rate looks like its @ 5. If there are a couple more npc and im playing a stopmotion photo game.
I cant fight the enemy jumps all over the place.
I cant see correctly in 3rd person the mouse jumps all over the place.
in the pip boy the mouse curser goes skizo.
i have to manually save my games.
im at the first casino with about 7-8 npc and my fraimrate is literally 1


I have varified and defrag the files in steam.

I started a game before final my char (going further out into the wild) i started another character. Now i have no auto save. ive tried deleting the file and it just replicates the old autosave.

The patch dident help me @ all.

This has me really bummed out.
I should not have to do this.
I should be able to buy the game and play it.
Not spend countless hours just trying to get it to run.
Not spend my time and frustration gathering information on issues for the company i just gave money to.

Game worked perfect for me till Steam patched it now I can't play more then 5min without crashing.

The patch dident fix anything for me. I cant finish primm beause i can't see more than 1 fps in the casino. In fact i can't see anything when npc's are arround.

Ive been fighting this since the game was unlocked.

Face it, this game is doomed. I've tried for hours, work in the game industry, am good with computers and meet or exceed the requirements... and I can't play without crashing every 5 minutes. Even with everything dialed down. F3 ran fine on... other games run fine... not this one. I tried the download the .dll and changed my .ini and countless other fixes... nothing works...

Bethesda and Obsidians names are on the box, they should be ashamed. This is horrible. I give up.
