Where is the full version of Skyrim?

Various threads in this forum ask questions that I feel should be addressed by Bethesda and the creative director. I know it will never happen. But, this game -- as great as it is -- has some serious issues. We're not just talking about bugs.

I want you to be constructive and keep to the original intent of the product. What would you have included in any QA report had you been a beta tester? Honestly, I consider all of us a beta testers. Skyrim is clearly an incomplete title.

What this is not about. This is not an opportunity to declare how much you want features that were removed (spell-making, spells, attributes, etc). This is an opportunity to directly state what improvements are needed withing the framework provided.

01. Not every NPC that passes by needs to say something. It sometimes gets in the way. You're speaking with an essential NPC and a passing NPC has to tell you how they were shot in the knee with an arrow.

02. The College of Mages quest line feels like it is incomplete. The player is basically rushed through it and dubbed archmage. Someone should go back and see how it could be improved and possibly offer the additional content at a discounted rate.

03. Proper recognition of player status across Skyrim -- archmage status, Harbinger status, Thane status, Guildmaster Status, Listener status. Guildmaster recognition and Listener recognition flexibility is understandable.

04. Seems out of place that Riften is the only location that has problems with Thieves.

05. A severe lack of enemy variety -- and not just in tougher versions.

06. What happened to the Forsworn quest line?
Spoiler
Makes no sense that the player frees the King and then goes back to being "shot on sight".
