You mean which weapon has the highes base damage and is not Daedric?

Mace > Mace of Molag Bal
Axe 1H > Ebony axe (?)
Sword 1H > Chillrend (only if obtained at lvl 46+)
Sword 2H > Ebony greatsword (?)
Axe 2H > Ysgrammor's axe
Hammer > Volendrung

What exactly do you mean? Other than the Daedric artifacts, or generic Daedric? Blade of Woe is probably the best dagger, and is remarkably easy to obtain (DB questline. Every time you meet her pickpocket it. Needs Misdirection and high level Pickpocket). It's better than Mehrune's Razor.

But really... rank up your smithing and level your weapons to Legendary.

Weapon types? Assuming you havent done any smithing on them, in terms of increasing power they are:
Iron, Steel, Orcish, Dwarven, Elven, Glass, Ebony and finally Daedric.

Can you get Dragonbone weps? I haven't got 100 Smithing yet, 82 ATM.

while good weapons are important don't forget to take the related perks.

you can really increase the damage of any weapon by taking the perks.

first on both 1 and 2 handed perk trees is to increase damage by 20%.
