Hello, I was wondering if the 'Item Levels' are in Skyrim. Like in Oblivion you get Chillrend at a low level, it's damage is low. High level = High damage. Is this still around? I ask because I'd love to use the Ebony Blade alot, but my warrior is a low level, and I'd rather not go kill people for it to be a crappy weapon in the end.

Leveled items are in Skyrim. I have found that it's best not to micromanage that issue though.

So being a low level, and acquiring 'Leveled Items' it's really much of a thing to worry about?

i got chillrend before level 20 on my first play through, or around there. and used it up to the 40's and it improved with my skills.

It's not for me. I find this game pretty easy first thing. Second thing, I don't even CARE about "special stuff" ("leveled items"). My toons all wear leather armor and use 1HD swords so they can use destruction magic offhand. Works for me....

My girls smith enough to give a bit of edge (pun intended) to their swords or axes, and a bit of extra to their leathers. After that.... well, I've honestly sold some special weapons/armor since they just aren't my thing....

As far as I know, Daedric quest rewards are not leveled items. Their attack/defense/enchantment values have been consistent for me across a wide range of characters who tackled the quests at different levels. If you are willing to read some spoilers, there's a page at the UESP Wiki that lists all the leveled quest rewards they've found so far.
