I'm new to the Forums, so HI! In my wanderings I found a little shrine or something in the southwestern part of Skyrim, possibly Falkreath Hold. At the site was a Dwemer Convection chest that contained a necklace that fortified enchanting skill. Also at the site was a book written by Sergius Turrianus. It may have been a skill book, but I don't think it was. Of course I didn't save after finding this cache and was killed a bit later, with no memory of where I died and lost all of the above. I've not been able to find this site again. It looked a bit like one of the sites from Arniel's Endeavor when you put the warped soul gem in a convection container, but it's not quite that either. Is the necklace just a glitch that's been "fixed" or do I need to have my psych meds changed? I play on X-Box 360, so no console. Thanks, y'all.

But too answer your question officially there is not such enchantment as Fortifyed Enchanting it could be a glitch maybe but its an interresting story this needs too be examed by me personaly
