Location of Staves?

Does anyone know the location of the staves icy spear and incineration. I need them for the recipes in the Midas Magic mod and i cant find them anywhere.

Check all the vendors in the College of Winterhold every 48 hours.

If you're a high enough level, some court wizards might randomly sell them, too.
