Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how many quests I have to do for the Jarl before Honeyside becomes available. I've been visiting her steward, so far I've killed four bandit leaders and a dragon that she's put bounties on.

You've got to start by speaking to Wujeeta about her Skooma problem in any of several places. Early in the morning (6-ish) she will be entering the town gate, during the day she'll be at her job in the Fishery and at night she sleeps at Haelga's Bunkhouse. You need to do a few quests around town, like finding the skooma dealer, and helping some residents of the town with their quests. By the way, its Riften.
