Armor cap with Heavy Armor

Post » Mon Jun 04, 2012 12:26 am

I am looking to get the cap eventually, but wearing full daedric armor(including and excluding shield), with a heavy armor skill of 100, which armor increasing perks can I get without wasting overcapping? Also with smithing's legendary increase.

With enough fortify smithing you can hit the armor cap in fur armor. So it really depends are you going to abuse alchemy and enchanting to have a really high fortify smithing or not. Until the Ancient Knowledge reward from Unfathomable Depths is fixed the 25% armor bonus applies to all armor.
My basic advice take juggernaught and well fitted this will qualify you for tower of strength which reduces stagger. Useful against Durgar using unreleneting force.

I just do not want tot ake 5/5 juggernaught if with well fitted and matching set and a heavy armor skill of 100 if it will overcap me by an great amount wearing full daedric with legendary improved gear, will 1/5 juggernaught suffice?

I didn't say take 5/5 juggernaught.
I simply said take juggernaught (ie once). With a high enough fortify smithing you can reach the armor cap in anything.

I didn't imply that you did but thank you for that second bit, I didn't know that either.
