On the Staff of Magnus quest I received the first word for the Shout - Slow Time.

I am now in a ruin called Hag's End. The Word Wall inside says I learned another word for the Slow Time shout, but when I look at the Shout menu there is STILL only ONE word showing!!!

Is the Slow Time shout broken or bugged? What do I do now?

I just checked the wiki.

According to the wiki only a console command can fix this.

So this bug never got fixed in a patch yet. Will they fix it?

Hag's End teaches the THIRD word. Not the second word. So this may not be a bug.

The experiment: I gave myself the second word with the console command. Then when I approached the wall, the wall gave me the third word as it should.

So apparrently I did learn the third word but it does not show itself until the second word is learned. We shall see.

I thought that while the Words are unique to each Wall, it doesn't matter which Wall you approach first? In other words, you'll always learn the Words in order, no matter the order of Wall visits.
So you could go to Wall1 ,3 then 2 or 3, 2, 1 or any other combination & it wouldn't make a difference so far as learning a Shout is concerned.
