How do you use Equilibrium and Ward Spells ? : V

Any ideas what these spells are supposed to do ? Equilibrium comes with a warning you convert too much health to magicka and kill yourself.

How are they useful in battle when everything is getting a good draining anyway and you are seconds away from getting waxed :banana:

Equilibrium is useful for the situations when you are out of Magicka, but you have lots of restore health potions.
Ward spells can be used to minimise the damage from a pedestal trap, but in most other situations restoring health takes less Magicka than maintaining a Ward spell.

That's why I prefered Spellbreaker. A shield/ward not using magicka. Very useful...

Depends on the mode/perks, actually. On the easiest difficulty they do, on Master they do not. Not sure in between.
