did you try the Missing in Action quest? you'll need to enter a fort full of guards, slay them or sneak past them and rescue a prisoner, pretty fun.
If I remember right it's given by an old woman in Whiterun

The Missing in Action Quest is given by Fralia Gray-Mane in Whiterun. In my view It is one of the best in the game, especially for a sneaky killer. Be aware that the quest hints that it is possible to obtain the release of the captive through diplomatic means - it isn't and you have to sneak and kill to get the job done. Great fun, I wish there were more quests like it.
