You can play as a Stage 4 and do all the quests. You just need to use your Illusion skill. To calm the NPCs. Otherwise you need to feed on sleeping ones to return you to Stage 1.

if you want to remain as a vampire, you need to feed from sleeping NPCs to lower yourself to a level 1. its only when you havent fed, and are level 4 that people will attack.
if you want to cure yourself, feed then speak to an innkeeper, he will direct you to a dude in morthal who can help you.

Exactly the same thing destroyed one of my playthroughs.
Honestly, your game has ended. Because sneaking into places, even with vampire powers, with sleeping people is nigh immpossible.
You need a insane ammount of sneak to not get seen.

My advice, delete it and become a werewolf next time or check your character every time you encounter vampires , then go to morthal and get cured in the quest if you're infected.

Vampirism is pathetic in Skyrim.

Or not, since Vampirism is one of the best things I've ever seen in Skyrim.

Vampirism + Necromage perk = Godly enchantments.

All you have to do is sneak into one of the farms around whiterun around 2am and feed on a sleeping individual, and you'll go back to stage 1 vampirism. Also, you have to remember to feed on people every now and again or else you'll go back to stage 4, so be on your toes about it. It's really a small inconvenience for an insanely badass trait.

No need to restart, just do the quest which cures Vampirism.

Am I the only one who was really disappointed with the Cure Vampirism quest in Skyrim? After everything you had to go through to cure yourself in Oblivion, I was looking forward to a nice involved questline.

Agreed...the Morrowind one was pretty badass....the Oblivion one was sort of badass, but more fetch-questy....the skyrim one just svcks...you fetch a few things and do a ritual....boring.

Worst advice ever.

Sneaking/using Illusion will get the job done.
Gives you some character depth and thought processes to play with in order to get things done.
