So I was in the REPCONN HQ and got into the locked room behind the giftshop type room. There's a safe back there. It seemed like there were duplicate safes occupying the same spot. I picked one and looted it's contents (most of them) and then as my mouse was still hovering over the safe and it said locked again. So I picked the safe again and looted it's contents (different than before, so I took everything). Then as I moved around the safe I could see where it said "Open Safe" with "[EMPTY]" occasionally flickering on... so it's like overlapping safes. No big deal, but a glitch none-the-less.
