Not sure if this is in the right section, i dont think its going to spoil anyones gameplay! But i wanted to know if there was any specific place to find a blue hood without the robes. I'm trying to make a guy based around Thorin Oakenshield from the books and he wears a blue hood.

Check the Radiant Remnant (however it is spelled) in Solitude.

I think she has every article of clothing in the game that is available. There might be some clothes that are only on a NPC, but if it is available, she has it.

I think there are only the basic mages hood available, you only get the blue/black robes with hood attached.

Yeah i am absolutely positive i saw the hood in Radiant Rament, but i wasnt 100% sure i've been in a few times and had no luck but im going to keep trying anyway

i have a blue hood with gold trim, not sure where I found it though ;/ but they exist!
