These guys take mail delivery to an extreme. I was in whatever dungeon that Annska is in where she's looking for Vokun (she's super annoying by the way) and we move into the first area with 2 floors with Draugr up there. They start shooting arrows, magic, etc and I run forward to empty the chest because they were lower level draugr.

Anywho, as I get near the ramp, I see something on the side of my screen drop down and take off running the opposite way. I turn around and chase them down, and its a Stormcloak Courier taking the leather express through some dungeon.

Has anyone else seen these guys in random spots? It made me stop and laugh for a minute, because he just said he didn't have time to talk, and he came from an area that had quite a few draugr, so he had to run by several.

Ran into a Stormcloak courier in Hob's Fall Cave and an Imperial Courier in Mzult. I killed the Stormcloak courier on accident, thought he was an enemy.

How's it go? "Neither rain nor snow nor draugrs nor . . ."
