I'm wandering around outside Whiterun brushing up on archery and sneak and I come across

a Redguard female wearing just her underwear!

One time when I was in Helgen running up the tower where Alduin breaks through the wall and uses his fire shout he broke through the wall and just hung there like, "Sup bro."

yeah, something like this has happened to me too. Only the naked NPC was an Orc drug dealer selling skooma! haha!

Has thre been any effort towards fixing the "Never Ending Season", "Jagged crown" and "Civil War" bugs???

Oh, this isn't a weird bug, but a fun thing to do in general. There is a mill on the lakeshore near Riften that houses a guard, and a mother and son. The son, being invincible, had little to worry about other than wandering the mill or playing tag with the Dragonborn. On one day I wasn't too keen on playing tag but he insisted.

He tagged me right away, I called [censored] and tagged a wolf, letting it chase me back to the camp. The wolf decided to go after the slower runner and chased the boy into the woods. To this day they have not returned. I like to think they are still playing tag out there.
