I have never seen this before, I was so confused when I first saw him, I didn't know what to do. Too bad he doen't do anything.

Ah the Headless Horesman. He spawns randomly everytime, so seeing him is just down to pure luck!

I think that might be the headless horseman, I think you can kill the headless horseman and then steal the horse...idk maybe.

Weird thing.. I found that place by random. Prolly like 5 times now..

I never tried following him he was too fast. No stables or anything near me at the time (I was between Markarth and the Lover Stone) he just came barreling down a side of the mountain when I started descending.. scared the living CRAP out of me.

I've seen him like 2 times before this recent one though. I really wish you could get his horse.. apparently it's invincible and has inf. stamina...

If I read the Wiki page right, you can spawn the horse if your on pc. At least I think that's what the code is for.

I found the place before I met him also. So after I followed him, I got nothing but a really neat trip.

He's fun to follow. He says funny stuff when things die.
