I had a bug when I fast traveled anywhere I had at least 15 to 20 things spawn wherever I went there was,

Forsworn ravagers at least three of them
Bears two of them
Mudcrabs two of them
Wolves two of them
Conjurers three or four of them
Sabrecats two of them
Bandit one of them

I saved and reloaded all three of my saves several times they came back each time I fast traveled with any of the three of my saves. I had to kill them all to have them not come back its a good thing this happened to a high level character of mine.

Oh yes this is all on the 1.5 patch.
