Hey , i have a short question.

Will casting with a staff increase my magic level?

I did get a Destruction skill up when using a lightning staff.

No, using staffs (Or any other enchanted weapons) does not increase your magical skills.

At least, this has been the case since time immemorial - and has been my experience for the last 15 hours or so of play.

No, using staffs (Or any other enchanted weapons) does not increase your magical skills.

On the other hand, increasing your magic skill increases the uses on your staff or enchanted weapon.
