I closed the front door and hung up my cloak, a feeling of comfort my home did evoke.
The day had been long, the work had been rough; but the pay, it was good, the gold was enough.
I breathed a big sigh, a sigh of relief; the day was all done, and now i could sleep.
I put down my lamp and blew out the light; the dark of my house gave me no fright.
I stopped and i listened for a familiar sound; but strangely the snoring of my wife wasn't found.
"Oh just relax" i thought in my head, "as always, she's there, lying in bed."
I opened the door and looked 'round the room; the light of the moon cut right through the gloom.
My wife...she was gone, where could she be? At an hour as such...nearly past three!
I stood in the bedroom, lost in despair, when i heard a sharp noise cut right through the air.
"My wife, it must be!" I thought to myself; i followed the sound, "She may need my help!"
Her cries, they grew louder as i neared the spare room; I ran, quite too fast, and tripped on a broom.
Cursing, i hurried, and burst through the door! But the sight i beheld....i dropped to the floor.
My wife i had found, oh yes, that was true; our neighbor, however, he was there, too.
The Redguard had froze, his face filled with shock; my wife gave a cry, "Why didn't you knock?!"
My heart, it was torn, when i found on this day, that I'd married the lusty Argonian maid.
