I'm married to this warrior lady in Riften (last name is lionness) and I heard she is one of the cannot be kill npc but when I bring one of the cannot be kill npc (the chick werewolves from the companion) to the gray beard in the mountain, I accidentally stab one of the gray beard dude to the point where he started attacking me with his shout so my companion started to fight him and his shout eventually kill her even though it was said that *she cannot be kill* cause she give quest. So can I do that with me wife too? :drag:

I think the only thing you can do is kill her yourself. NPCs don't kill followers, and depending on who you're married to, some won't even follow you.

I don't think so, though you could let them get stamped on my a giant, that's how my spouse died.
