I learned a lot about console commands last night as I tried to figure this out.

The quest line: The Cursed Tribe

I killed Atub the orc quest giver, when this happened a message popped up something like (You are not viewed as friendly to the orcs) I really cant remember...

Did not know Atub was needed at the time, saved more than once so now all my saves are over written.

I resurrected Atub but she is still aggressive at me (not attacking me, but rather "Your not welcome here outlander!!!!)

I tried to force the quest - setstage DA06 10 (I also tried 50, 60, 70, but nothing happens)

I am currently trying to find another orc stronghold to complete any mission to become friendly with them... any suggestions would be appreciated.

You should be able to just pay a fine if you piss off the orcs. Unsheathe/resheathe your weapon, maybe?
