Just got Skyrim as a gift. The initial excitement was short lived because I went to install it, but the product key is nowhere to be found. I triple checked the 2 manuals (English and French), the map, the slipcover and the disc itself.
The packaging was factory sealed when I opened it. Am I missing something obvious or is it a manufacturing/packaging screw up?

I think I read somewhere that it's on the package under where the CD/DVD goes. I got mine on Steam so I am not really sure. If it WAS there I guess you would have noticed it though.

There should be a sticker on the inside of the DVD cover directly below the DVD.

I checked the DVD case inside and out and unfortunately there is no sticker . My wife still have the receipt so I'll try to get a new copy tomorrow.
