What's the most efficient town and house in Skyrim. I've had solitude, white run, and Morthal all looks like whiterun from what I've seen. If you say want to smith, enchant, make potions, and sell whiterun seems to be the best. Most blacksmiths, so most cash. On the other hand you have to go to dragonreach to enchant and the other towns seem to have way cooler houses.

Whiterun easily.

Right beside 2 smiths, not far from a general trader, close to the spawn point, house is pretty small (which helps efficiency)

Only thing its missing is an enchanter (and there's a mod for that )

Whiterun is my favorite house. It is close to the smithing/armor trader. But it is compact and efficient. Whiterun ended up being my favorite place to sleep and call home.
I own all the houses now in Skyrim, and Breeze home remands my favorite.

ulfric town is pretty beast it has it own armory and stuff not close to anything but who care its cool.

I really like the houses in Markarth, Solitude and Whiterun.

The Dawnstar Sanctuary, enchanting table in town and alchemy in the Sanctuary. I'm not 100%, but I think there's a forge in town, there's at least a smelter.

Dawnstar has a blacksmith, on the water infront of the Jarl's place

I think it's kinda cheep that the second town you go to is the best as far as ease goes. Espically cause I want a cooler house but they are a pain to sell equient at.
After all you spend 35000 to get solitude but it's a pain to sell crap there. I wish my wife would slowly sell equipment I give her. She should have a box or something for that.
