Depends if you're talking about overall or in context.
The former, Spellbreaker. Come at me mages.
The latter, some +20% two handed damage gauntlets I found at level three. The gods were smiling on me that day.

Found a 100% poision resist amulet early on. Very useful vs Chorus, otherwise not so much.
Rings (2 of them now) with + 40% regenerate health. Turned up a bit past level 40.
Daedric Armor (body) at level 40, given by Gen. Tulious when he made me a legate. (Not that useful to me, since I'd already maxed out in Orc armor, but it looks good on my follower.)
