Hey all. I'm new to Skyrim. Was playing yesterday and got caught battling a couple characters at once. When i had killed them my character was stuck in walking only. Any suggestions how to get him running again?

Try pressing caps lock. See if that works.

You may be carrying too much weight

I'm playing on the Xbox. I'll try dropping some items to see if that works.

Check to see if you can fast travel somewhere. if you can't then you are carrying to much weight and you'll need to drop some more things.it will tell you at the bottom right of the screen when your in the item screen how much you are carrying

over encumbered

Thanks guys. i got rid of items abd that helped.

By all means, I don't want to be rush, but...c'mon...there's a message ON THE SCREEN that says that you cannot run because you are over encumbered...
It says, exactly this "You are carring too much to be able to run"...
