Who are the 3 people i need to help in order to become a thane of Falkreath?

Lod, a family who lost their daughter, the mans called Marise or something, begins with M, and theres a few others.

When you meet a guard who asks if you saw a dog, go to Lod, do his quest.

The parents are in the graveyard or elsewere if you missed them.

The rest are fairly easy to find. You can sell wood or food for the third.

Talk to everyone and you'll find them.

After completing the Civil War, Ulfric offers to you a final quest to become Thane of Windhelm. All it requires is to purchase a house and help some lads, BUT is there any point? Is there any gain for me, or?

i like being thane in the holds, that way if a screw up and hit some one on accident like a guard or somthing when battling a dragon, they just let it slide, plus the house is awesome.
