Mine and wolf question

Post » Tue Jun 05, 2012 12:43 pm

Hi friend,

Me again. After first mining in Gloombound Mine for ebony ores, how long should I wait for them to respawn again?

Another is, where can I find many wolves or other animals that can give pelt? Is there any respawning point for wolves so that I can wait there?

There's a place with a bear a bit north west of Whiterun that's map marker is a tree. After you kill the bear you can look at the little wooden thing to the side of the not really a cave but kind of one. It has a lot of wolf, goat, and other pelts.

Good spot. It's a hunters camp a lot of good pelts just laying there to be picked up.

If you head off the roads into the mountains you'll quickly be attacked by all kinds of pelt creatures. Be advised: you can get more "leather" from bears and sabre cats than from wolves and deer.

Neither actually. It's basically a lean-to tent next to an outcropping. A hunter made his camp there and stashed a lot of hides in his lean-to. A bear found the hunter and apparently killed him (or maybe he died in his sleep and the bear just got hungry, how knows). Anyway, kill the bear and you can load up on all the hides.

EDIT: LOL, nevermind you found it.

If you are doing the Companion quests the den that has 'The Skinner' has a lot of pelts laying around.

I see Leburns,

I'm not doing any quests yet, since I'm in a hurry to contruct my full set of ebony armor, therefore still collecting pelts to increase smithing skills.
