Ok, first off you need to get your enchanting and alchemy levels pretty high, unless you feel like wasting a bunch of ingredients for nothing. It also helps to put some perks into their skill tree's also, mainly the Alchemist and Enchanter perks. I have 15 perks all total put into Alchemy and Enchanting, but that's just me. Now with them skills pretty good enchant yourself 5 pieces of fortifying alchemy gear; a falmor helmet, a circlet, gloves, a ring, and a necklace. I say falmor helmet and a circlet because you can wear them both at the same time. Now with the gear out of the way, you need to get some ingredients. The potions you will be wanting to make are fortify restoration potions, along with smithing or enchanting ones to be able to make the godly gear later. The ingredients for the restoration potions are Abecean Longfin, Cyrodilic Spadetail, Salt Pile, Small Antlers, and Small Pearl. For smithing potions use Blisterwort, Glowing Mushroom, Sabre Cat Tooth, and Spriggan Sap. Finally the enchantment potion's ingredients are Blue Butterfly Wing, Hagraven Claw, Snowberries, and Spriggan Sap also.
Now with the fortify alchemy gear on and the ingredients in your possession, go to an alchemy table. Save the game first before you start, just as a rule of thumb. Now make one fortifying restoration potion. Drink it, and re-equip your fortifying alchemy gear, they should all be stronger until the effects of the potion wear off. With your gear re-equiped make another fortifying restoration potion, and you should see that it is alot stronger than the last. Re-equip your gear, rinse and repeat. Whenever you feel that the percentages are high enough go ahead and make your smithing and enchanting potions. With the enchanting potions you can even make godly alchemy gear to make this process a whole lot easier next time. Godly gear in two paragraphs, somehow I feel like I exploited the game a little too much.
Also should mention that I'm a 360 user, don't know if they fixed any of this in the online patches or not.
