Does anyone know a way (console command) to find the place where the stone could be?

Think he's talking about the Berenziah (spelling) ones.

Either it's in Reeking cave or you're experiencing the patch bug in which it's location is unchanged(Still in the embassy, in Elenwens room)
You may have to backtrack into the Embassy if so.

Might be of some help to you.

Most of the stones are in easy to get locations (e.g., the ones in dungeons aren't too far deep). I'd just go on UESP or similar and go down the list one by one.
