Hi!

I just finished the Mission "Come and fly with me" and with the XP that i got from completing that quest i upgraded to LVL 7.
I can upgrade my skill points but after pressing X it won′t let me choose a perk! I return to the game without a perk upgrade.
Did anyone expirienced something similar?

In New Vegas you only get perks on even levels.
