On the Diplomatic Immunity quest (PC) I get attacked when I arrive. I've killed plenty of Thalmor in other quests before now. Any idea how to stop them killing me when I get off the horse and cart?

1. Try a calm spell.
2. Try going to Solitude and smacking a guard just to get arrested then pay the bounty. Might be the same bounty district since they are close geographically.
