Depends on the dragon. I'd say an ancient dragon can take on a dragon priest easily.

Magic Resistance and Atronach stone can nullify much of what Dragon Priests can do. Or that, and being Breton on top of it. But yeah, I guess all things being equal, they're tough as heck. Hell, I'm modeling my new Nord mage as a sort neo Dragon Priest.

a family of trolls lol..i can take on dragons and giants one or two at a time but 3 or more trolls forget about it lol. But im a thief so thats partly why.

Draugr Deathlords armed with ebony bows. An armour rating under 300 sees them finish you off pretty sharpish. Fus Ro Dah, 3 arrows, reload screen.

Ancient Dragons have been the bane of my existence. Low hp assassin that's also a vampire means I get one shotted by their breath attack. Usually just hear thee music, a dragon roar, then a reload screen. I need to fix this situation lol

I think the Volkihar Ancient Vampires are quiet strong but also any other high level magician, especially when they cast frost or storm destruction spells from distance and you cannot get close enough to them because you are slowed down.
