Calder has stopped...

...cooking for me.

He was a good boy and made me my homecooked meal for me (even though he was adventuring with me, he still baked), as he did not want me to go into a battle on an empty stomach. But now it seems that I have to get my own food.

Is there anything that I can do to get him baking again?

Thank you ^^

Though after reading through that, nothing in there seems to apply to me sadly.

I have also realized that I have never had the lovers comfort either (I just get well rested)

It was a shame that there was nothing there.

I might edit into the Wiki article and see what happens then.

Either that or I am going to have to remind him who really is boss and demad that he get his apron back on and start baking my dinner

For lover's comfort I had to tell the wife we should move in to her house, go there to meet her, then move back to where we'd been staying initially. Only then did I receive my lover's comfort.

Not sure how that would work because he doesn't have a home aside of Hjerim, yeah?

That happened to me too.
I thought it was because I had my spouse as a follower (even though he cooked for me about five times, while he was following me), so I left him at home a few days, nothing. I do still have the shop earnings option.
It seems to be a common bug.

I do not know if it has to do with the amount of homecooked meals you are carrying in your inventory.

Calder has started cooking meals for me. I had nearly ten in my inventory when he stopped cooking. I now have five and he has started cooking for me again.

Time to get a divorce or even better send him off to Sithis and marry someone new who will actually cook for you.

Husband not cooking meals?! On the stake with him! :stare:

What's the use of a husband if he doesn't cook anyway? *raises shield to hold off the incoming attacks*

Hmm... I had six or seven when that happened. I'll try eating or dropping them to see what happens.

Thankfully after I had stern words with him about his duties  that he put on his apron instantly and got baking my meal

LOL  thankfully Calder does have some other uses (he is good at carrying my loot)

I hope it works for you. I had to wait a couple of days, but once he started cooking my meals he has been good.
