Can the items mentioned in the topic be enchanted by player?when i try all my enchantment choices (3) are greyed out and 1 other thing can staffs be enchanted?

Have you disenchanted other items appropriate to that gear? Or maybe a better question, what enchantments are you wanting to put on those things?

ive tried putting on a health recovery increase enchantment on boots,gloves,helmets and a hood.

Not all enchantments can be placed on all items.

If you are on PC, theres mods that remove these limitations.

Not the same mod, but does the same thing. It also adds a bunch of new enchantments.
