I was playing around with one of my many characters one night and decided to try something that turned out to be challenging and very fun and wanted to offer this challenge to anyone else that was willing to try it.

I made a character with these stats:

LIGHT ARMOR
SMITHING
ONE HANDED
ARCHERY
SNEAK
SPEECH


and decided he will in no way use any magical items, yes that includes potions. No enchanted weapons, no spells, the only way you will be able to heal is from food you make.

I'm playing with that right now...i'm around level 24 and soo far it's an excelent build(Homever i'm using Illusion to help me buff my steps and sneak better).I can say only one thing too you:
You will get owned by dragons....

Yeah, I found that out pretty quickly. The character is still too low level for me to solo a dragon so I high tail it towards a town if there's one near... town guards help.

Yeah.Since, if he spot you you will have to switch to the bow and i have fell perks with my bows....i get easily owned when there's no one helping me.

Add Block and Alchemy and that is my level 48 thief. I only use Alchemy for poisons as I pick up better health potions than I can make. But poisons are kind of "get out of jail free".

My current character is pretty much the same, i may just add some alchemy for poison use.

And the use of the unique hunter bow that add extra damage to animals, enchanted but it i find it a logic addition to my bosmer hunter.
