I'm thinking of completely changing my playstyle from a warrior to a thief, but at this level (I'm already 52) going for the stealth approach simply won't work as I haven't invested a single point in stealth

In other words, I want to experience a fresh new character without actually creating one. Can I safely change my level down to lower levels with command console?
